Matisse's Garden Exhibition

This group exhibition by seven Limerick based artists, including myself, was opened by Mr. John Quinn, of Quinn Architects, on the 31st May, 2017.  The venue was a restored coach house called 'The Mews' off Little Barrington Street, Limerick which is a really unusual building and perfect for a summer show. This is our second group show there, and as ever, many thanks to Sonya for the use of the building. The exhibition continues this week with viewing by appointment.

The Exchange 

Cultúrlann Sweeney, O’Connell Street, Kilkee, Co. Clare presents an exhibition titled ‘The Exchange’ which will run at the Art Space in Cultúrlann Sweeney from the 3^rd April, 2017 to the 28^th April, 2017.

‘The Exchange’ brings together the work of Nuala O’Sullivan, Gavin Hogg and Sheila Richardson.   All three are Limerick based artists and this exhibition affords them the opportunity to present their work to a County Clare audience.   The title of the exhibition, ‘The Exchange’, refers to the interchange of thoughts and the visual conversation that exists between the audience who view the work and the artists who exhibit. The work is of small intimate scale allowing each artist to show several pieces and for the works themselves to be affordable and to fit easily into a domestic setting.
